We invite you to become part of our parish. Please fill out the following online registration form. Registration is just a piece of paper or online form, but ministry is being part of the community. Participation in our parish community is expressed in three ways: Time, Talent and Treasure!
There are many ways to contribute in a parish community. As Pastor, I do like to get to know you and to put a name with a face. This is very important! Please take a moment to think about where you can join one of our many ministries or organizations. The great thing about parish is that there is something for everyone of every age. Become active in our community - Everyone is welcome!
To receive any Sacrament, we need to know you, so active participation is essential. Contact the Parish Office is you have any questions or concerns.

Preliminary Family Registration into the Parish. THERE IS NO FEE TO REGISTER IN THE PARISH. Once all information is transferred into the parish data system, a welcome packet will be sent to you to verify all information and request any missing information.
To get started, click the "Register in the Parish" button. In the next screen, fill in the number of people in your household, click the "Finish" button at the bottom of the screen and that will bring up the Registration Form for you to complete. Fill every box. If you don't know the answer or it is not applicable, type in "unknown" or "n/a".
