Religious Education

Within the Ministry of LifeLong Faith Formation, our Religious Education Program provides the basics of faith formation for our children. 

The program includes sacramental preparation for parents and children for Reconciliation Preparation (Level 1), Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist (Level 2) and Confirmation (Levels 3 through 8).

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE PROGRAM, YOU MUST CHOOSE THE OPTION WHERE YOU FIRST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AT THE END OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for OCIT Program must be made in the Parish Office.

PARENTS: Please provide a copy of your child's (children's) BIRTH & BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE for NEW STUDENTS.


A separate registration form must be completed and submitted for each child. Before submitting each form, please print or save a copy for your records. After you have submitted the final registration form, click the "Click to Pay" button to complete your payment.
