The Junior Youth Group of SKD participated in their first service project of the year.  The Adopt-a-road project involves cleaning our assigned road twice a year.  This is our third year participating in this program.

We are responsible for cleaning a mile of West Jersey Ave., beginning at the Parish Center. A sign has been posted in this area to indicate that the road is cleaned by our Junior Youth Group.

17 Youth Group members collected 20 - 25 bags of trash.  They did a great job and had a few laughs along the way.  Special thanks to our parent helpers!
